So I've been staying within my goals for the past 3 weeks, working out 6 nights a week for no less then 1 hour, 2 on Saturday mornings, so why is my daily goal rising??? I thought the idea was eat less and health exercise more

Think of it this way: lets say you ate 1250 calories for the day then you exercised and burned 350 calories. That means you burned 350 of the 1250 calories you ate meaning you only ate 900 calories for the day which is below what you should be eating. You can either a) eat back all 350 calories, or b) only eat back a portion of those calories. Does this make sense?0
