This is so great! I'm so happy that y'all stayed together and are still supporting one another! I fell off the wagon big time, while I was up in Seattle with my family it was nothing but comfort foods, carbs and wine and more carbs! I ended up gaining 11 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks! I got back to Austin last week and went into my Medifast clinic to weigh in and get back on track, it's been 5 days and I've already shed 7 pounds most of it was water retention I'm sure. I'd love to participate in the challenge of course. Thank you so much Stephanie for taking over. And thank you everyone for your kind words of support during such a difficult time. I really appreciate it. So here we go:

Weighing in early because I'm headed out of town. Going on vacation, so we'll see how well behaved I can try to be. I will work out daily, and I will do my best to stay within my calorie limits--may reset my goals to 1/2 lb per week just for this week, so I have a little more wiggle room!

Well, thank goodness, I lost all the weight I gained while away, 11 pounds! Must have been all water bloat 'cause that's not likely to happen again! But I'm stoked! This week my goal is to get back to exercising! Hope you all have a fabulous Mother's Day weekend!

Hey there... Check out the book "17 day diet" I posted this on here earlier, but not sure if everyone sees it.. im new to this so thought I would throw this infor your way... I bought this book on 17daydiet.com for 15 bucks... The Doctor show and Dr.Phil show were promoting it... It is the only "diet" that has ever worked for me or has been a pleasure to do (i.e. allows you to eat) lol... anyway It has 4 phases.. each phase 17 days... The first 17-day phase you can lose up to 15 pounds.. that would be a great boost for your new goal... I personally lost 12 the first 17 days... It only asks that you exercise 17 min a day in the first phase.. thats not much to ask really... I am now down 33 pounds since beginning of feb... I would love to lose at least 20-30 more.. it teaches you to eat right and keep it off... one main idea in the book to help you is no carbs after 2 pm... ever... really does make a difference..
As long as you stick to it you will lose...

Hey everyone, the numbers are rolling in and I am keeping track of them. I have to be accountible too, so I am up at 159.0 today. I am battling the sodium giant that overtook me 3 days in a row this week, so I expect at my DR. appointment in the morning, that all should be back to normal...Your's losses look great this week so far. I know a couple of you are in my boat with an upward number, but that can be temporary. Check in with you all later in the week to post the updated list.
