I'm usually good with the martial arts I do, even though I've been doing them for years (only 3, two actually taught to me, the Tai Chi I just watch several videos on). Sometimes I run to unleash my inner Forrest Gump or I walk a few miles around my town because I have nothing better to do. I've been thinking of picking up a Jillian Michaels DVD I seen at Target today, but I wasn't sure if it was worth my money.
