I'm usually good with the martial arts I do, even though I've been doing them for years (only 3, two actually taught to me, the Tai Chi I just watch several videos on). Sometimes I run to unleash my inner Forrest Gump or I walk a few miles around my town because I have nothing better to do. I've been thinking of picking up a Jillian Michaels DVD I seen at Target today, but I wasn't sure if it was worth my money. :/

I use FitnessBlender for 95% of my workouts. I love their kickboxing ones. I also run, bike, and play basketball and soccer. Can't wait for spring and warmer temperatures.

Trail running or hiking with some weight training thrown in. I also love yoga, but my gym doesn't offer it and it's not in my budget, so no classes for me...

Running, martial arts and weight lifting are my go to exercises. I also do belly dancing, but that's more for fun. It's a great ab workout though.
