Tips to be bikini ready- fast? ♡

I found out that I am going on a beach trip in one week. Now I know I'm no miracle worker! But! What are your best tips to be as toned as possible within a week? I'm drinking a lot of water/green tea (Hey I need some caffeine!), cutting carbs, taking stairs, doing pilates. Anything else I can do? -or anything I'm doing that I shouldn't? Thanks so much in advance guys! ♡

    Seriously. You are the only person who cares what you look like in your bikini. Focus on having a good time instead.

    You can lose some water weight by cutting carbs and sodium, but it's not going to make a huge difference, and you'll gain it back as soon as you're eating/drinking normally. That's about all you can accomplish as far as a (very slight) noticeable difference in a week.

    Hahah aw you really are the sweetest, thanks for that!! I guess I will need some confidence for sure- but I do find it easier to rock a bikini when I feel like a bit of progress was made. Love the comment though, didn't think of it that way. ;)

    Get a nice spray tan and put on the bikini. You always look thinner tan. :)

    Nothing you do is going to make you look different in a week. Put on a bikini and enjoy your vacation.

    Pretty much this. A week's depletion of water and glycogen may lower your weight, but may do nothing to improve appearance and unless you're walking around with your before/after weight printed on your forehead, no one really cares. People are more concerned about their own appearances to others than yours to them.

    You could always wear a swimming costume instead of a bikini if you're feeling a bit self-conscious. This is what I do, I've never been even close to confident enough to wear a bikini on holiday!

    Seriously, I have a feeling you already know you can't get "toned" in a week. :)
