Hate the thought of going to the gym, but once it's over I feel a lot better for going....

If you keep at it, you’re feelings about going will change.

+1. Make some goals at the gym OP so you are not just going through the motions there.

For years I have gone back & forth with working out at home after work, and only doing it 2-3x a week and then tapering down to nothing...it was always a chore. Even if I got to the point where it felt great, most days I would sit at my desk thinking of excuses not to do it, fawning over the thought of throwing on my wonderful warm PJ's & sitting on the couch when I got home.

    Now I get up at 5am & work out...and I'm doing it 5 mornings a week. I feel like I'm addicted now.

Your right there, sometimes we can make excuses, so this week I am going to be more determined.. I have a long way to go...
