Ok yesterday. I started my new book/and food
New rules for lifting, for women it said to up my calories to 2000+ calories

HI've struggled

Today I have forced myself to eat the eat the food o have especially my dinner
I just did an.insanity workout as normal, and had a protien shake after... Shower now in.bed.. Back n.forth from toilet to be sick I feel soon queezy!

    If you didn't weigh your food on a scale, you probably ate more than you think. Don't force yourself to eat what a book tells you. You can do the lifts without following the vague dietary advice.

    Did you eat anything that would cause food poisoning?

    I weighed/measured everything and struggled to eat anywhere near advised.

    Thank you chick... Hopefully I'm ok tomorrow and it's just that I've over worked but I forgot how much sickness hurts!

    I'm.not sure definitely not today... Takes 24/48 hours for good poisoning to kick in and I'm sure I cooked my chicken fully as I'm bit of a nurd that way.
