    So for the past few weeks the scale hasn't budged. Kinda plateaued at a certain weight. But it was time to take my one month progress pics and the results were amazing! I had lost several inches! I've been trying to fit into a dress that I have to wear as the maid of honor in my sisters wedding. Two weeks ago I tried it on and it barely fit and the zipper stopped at a certain point. Well two weeks later (today) I tried it on again and it fit! It was a little tight but the zipper zipped!! Plus I noticed several other changes in how I looked. I'm so happy! Just see for yourself, don't give up, you will get results!!
