    Congrats on your weight loss thus far! I got the bracelet at Charlotte Russe years ago but they sometimes have similar styles!

    On a average day...I have plain corn flakes with almond milk or a smoothie for breakfast. I usually skip lunch because I wake up late so I'll just have a snack such as fruit, celery or carrots. For dinner I'll almost always have baked or grilled chicken with asparagus or green beans and a carb of some sort. Also, I drink nothing but water and try to have at least 70 oz a day. I hope that helps :) I still have cheats here and there, it's all about moderation.

    How many cals are you averaging daily? You look great in both pics but besides the weight loss your makeup is fantastic in the after pic

    I am also 5' 2 and looking to lose 30 to 40 pounds. This post is exactly what I needed to see. I think you are stunning in both pictures but I absolutely know how it feels to wear a size 12 and to want to be smaller again!! Even the clothing you have on in the first picture reminds me of something I would wear now to try to hide my stomach. Love how you wore a very similar outfit in the second picture to show the difference. You look incredible. And I love that bracelet!
