Looking for BodyAttack and BodyPumpers!

I love to hit the gym early and get my sweat on with Les Mills BodyAttack and BodyPump classes! These classes have changed my hatred of exercise to love <3 I'm healthier and stronger, but still 30 pounds overweight since I started a year ago :\ Now I'm taking full advantage of all MFP has to offer! Will you join me?

    I also do body pump. Not so much attack due to timing. I have had a lot of change to cope with the past few months, and 10lbs later feel gross inside and out.
    Would love to have a new fitness friend for encouragment.

    I do body pump 2-3 times a week and absolutely love it :-) good mix of cardio and muscle training, I haven't tried body attack yet as they've only just started it at my gym, what does it involve?

    It is an intense combination of cardio/strength. I like the music and fast pace because it doesn't give me time to think, lol! Good luck with your fitness goals and you are welcome to friend me :)
