I swear to God I am not sick in the head or desperate but... Still... It's a valid workout :)))

HAHAHAHAH I made up my own in there by just googling and estimating - I rarely remember to log that particular exercise anyway, but when I do it makes me DOUBLE happy <3

It doesn't burn as much as people think. But benefits are still great.

It all depends on what you get up to. Throw in some pro moves and/or apparatus and I bet you could get your calorie burn up a bit.

Also, this thread title reminded me of a friend of mine in college who worked in one of the campus weight rooms (so she had a key). She used the facility after hours for a few assignations, said the incline benches really made things interesting....

Try using it as a motivator for a more "legitimate" workout. Hit a certain workout goal and then use something special as a reward... after you've showered.

Considering things are logged in "minutes", could it really amount to much of anything?

I would feel a bit silly logging a 5 minute run.

Seriously, I can run a full 5 minutes!

    Honest!

I would think the hip abduction machine could be fun.

    Benefits outweigh the calories burned.

Yes, we are usually very sore and tired. We just can't finish any sooner!

I don't count anything as a workout unless I put ON a sports bra to do it.

    So...

But did she wipe down the bench afterwards? Gym etiquette still applies. :-D

90 seconds of lying on your back doesn't really qualify as a workout, sorry.

Try logging it as interval training, get 5 sets in per workout
