Know people put stuff like lemons in their water, what would help with energy and also burns fat?

There is no food that automatically burns fat by itself. Burning fat comes from eating fewer calories than your body uses in a day.

For energy, things like caffeine from coffee or tea might help. But so will getting enough rest, staying hydrated, and moving more often.

Nope - but if it makes you drink more water that's a benefit.

Try adding cucumber instead of lemon for a completely different taste experience.

I like "detox drinks" because it keeps me from drinking soda. I just put fruit in mine. There are a lot of ideas on Pinterest.

    Nothing wrong with soda...

    Okay...I should add...that I don't technically drink REAL soda.

I drink carbonated flavoured water. :yum:

I second the cucumber suggestion, and it's especially refreshing in the summer.

This isn't exactly true. Lemon doesn't magically burn fat, but that doesn't mean it does nothing. It has nutrients, and it can help prevent kidney stones. And the bitterness activates the bile flow, which helps remove fat soluble toxins. Lemon water really is a detox drink.
