Considering things are logged in "minutes", could it really amount to much of anything?

I would feel a bit silly logging a 5 minute run.

Seriously, I can run a full 5 minutes!

    Honest!

5 minutes? That sucks for you and your partner.

Yes, we are usually very sore and tired. We just can't finish any sooner!

    LOL... I'm dying!

90 seconds of lying on your back doesn't really qualify as a workout, sorry.

90 min?! Damn, that 's too much. Finish already!

I don't think about the calories burned but I've noticed it always gives my fitbit active minutes a big boost

I get a couple hundred steps, if I wear it on the proper arm.

I can think of one position that would be insanely high in Cals burned, but i'm old, and unless the woman I am with is under 120lbs....I am not going to try it.

Maybe like 110 and under....I am not that man anymore.

Also, yes, 45 mins is way too long MOST times for it to be considered good sex. Just because I can't finish doesn't mean it's good.

I swear I've seen people say it gets logged as "Walking the Dog". I dunno, try a HRM next time. My 2 minute intervals are usually not worth tracking.

With a raincoat, it isn't the muscle I would be worried staying up in that scenario tbh.

Sooooo, am I the only one who tried to search s*x in Cardio? :)))))
I swear to God I am not sick in the head or desperate but... Still... It's a valid workout :)))

I was reading about this in . . . I want to say men's health. Anyways, they basically said it wasn't a workout. Even if your sexual encounter is hours long, the part of it that is truly . . . a sort of pounding away, aerobic style activity is usually relatively short. At least, if you aren't skipping all the good stuff.

Does it burn more calories if it's in a fitness room.

Hahaha I've been without for so long I can't remember whether I'd consider it worth logging or not. It's all a distant blurry memory...
