This is such a motivation for me in just 1 month with healthy eating and exercise I'm so excited for more weight loss !

    Hi there I'm 5'6 , I'm fortunate that the first part that's coming off is around my belly and hips. My diet is NOT super clean, I'm a bit embarrass to share it - specially the past week since I was in New York and was eating sooo bad, but I was walking so much too so I was a bit shocked when I still lost 1.5lb at the end of my trip.

    Do you log everything you eat? bad or good? I just peek on your diary and you just had 1 logged with 2,000+ sodium, the more salt you eat, you retain more water. So if you keep your sodium intake to recommended, you should see some change. I really do try to keep it to my goal a day and if not I try to make the adjustment for the week. I hope that helps. I do work out daily when I'm not out for work to travel. I'm stuck with Jillian Michael's Blasting Metabolism workout you can find on YouTube. It really helps with your endurance, we started with 20 mins and now we are doing 55 mins a day (me and my husband work out the same time) :)
