Found MFP one day randomly through a Google search. Next minute, abs!

Started using MFP about 7 months ago and was amazed at how effective keeping a food diary was. Dropped 11.5 kgs in 4 months, then had about 3 months of not logging anything when my son was born and life got a bit hectic. But got back into it about a month ago and my weight loss continued right where it left off. Still not at my goal weight yet but I'm certainly getting there My abs have even started to make an appearance! I owe it all to being consistent and persistent as well as honest with this app :)ez39fr7l0pb2.jpg
