11:41pm can't sleep. Thinking about food!

Today wednesday is my rest day. Which means I don't do any exercise. And it also means I can't eat as much as on days when I have a higher calorie allowance. In other words..... I am starving. Anyone else out there get me?!?!

    I get you, I hate when that happens but I wouldn't be too hard on yourself and since sleep is important I would find a light snack suck as a banana, some cracker with water, small glass warm milk or tart cherry juice :)

    I was already over my calorie goal so I didn't eat anything. I didn't end up falling asleep until 1am:( but today is a new day. It will be better.
