you ever try kind bars? they have lots of flavors and they are really good, low carb high in protein. i never get sick of them and really help take the edge off.

Here are some things that I personally like for snacks. You may need to adjust the amounts to suit your personal goals. Hope it helps give you some ideas!
    1. Yogurt with 1/4 cup of high-fiber cereal, 2 tablespoons raw nuts, and 1/2 cup of berries
    2. Peanut butter and banana sandwich
    3. Apple, string cheese, and handful of almonds
    4. Baby carrots dipped in hummus with side of beef jerky
    5. Kashi oatmeal, 1 scoop natural peanut butter, handful of pecans
  • these are simple and delicious!

    COCONUT DATE BITES:
add all these ingredients to a food processors until the mixture stats sticking together. I roll then into about 1" balls and make about 25 total & eat them throughout the week.

    1 C pitted dates
    3/4 C cashews
    2/3 C unsweetened coconut
    3 TBS cocoa powder
    Refrigerate

I just keep a large amount of various nuts in my desk. Pecans, Almonds, Cashews, they fill you up and are pretty light on carbs!

Love almonds! And they satisfy my craving for something crunchy. Just be careful of the portion size. A serving only just a handful.
