I have my calories set to 1460 currently and I usually eat back most of my exercise calories (500-700 a day).
I've been tweaking my goals to try and get something I can realistically maintain since I like to eat, but can lose weight on.
I maintained at 135-137 for years eating ice cream everyday, but hormones and December over indulgence seem to have messed me up.0 -

Set at 1,400 but I aim for 1,200 (going over my goal is demoralizing so I just set it higher to instead be happy if I can eat under it). I don’t eat back more than half of exercise calories.
Every now and again I’ll eat at maintenance for a day, in case of a special event or just wanting to indulge. I don’t worry about it too much.0 -

My goal weight is not very strict now that I'm more concerned with losing fat and not weight in general. My calories are set at 1400 yet I stay somewhere around 1200. Again calories are just a small guide I can stay under or go over slightly as long as I hit my macronutrients for the day I'm happy. Also say I burn 500 calories at the gym I don't try to eat them back if I met my macros for the day.0 -

I've been eating 1200, but I'm switching to intermittent fasting today, and doing 500/1500 every other day. I do IF off and on, it's more effective for me, but sometimes 500 calories just isn't enough so I switch back to 1200.0 -

I am trying to eat around 1500 calories when I workout and 1200 calories when I don't. BUT...I am at a stubborn plateau right now so I am not sure if I should eat more or less?!? When training, I exercise between 300-500 calories daily (4-5x per week) based on my heart rate monitor. But I had to give it up for a week for a knee issue.
p.s. I normally don't eat back my exercise calories.0 -

My calorie goal on MFP is 1,550 calories/day. I always meet it (and sometimes go over if I have an intense workout). However that being said, I try VERY hard not to eat any calories I burn.
Generally speaking, I feel starved if I eat any less than my allotted 1,550/day. I'm a busy university student who is on the go a lot, and my brain needs food throughout the day to help me stay focused/maintain energy.0 -
