I started this journey 92 days ago and lost 31 pounds and have 50 - 60 more to go. I am 100% dedicated to this. I share my diary which is a big help. Feel free to add me

Damn can you tell me how many calories you eat a day?0

1200-1300 some days a little more, and exercise 5-7 days a week. I don't eat back all my exercise calories and I try to eat ad clean as I can. I take it 1 Day at a time and log everything, some days are better than others0
