Does anyone do insanity? By Shaun T? Thoughts?? I have done about 2-3 weeks so far..

    Yes. I am in week 1 month 2 right now. I have had some awesome results already, despite not going exactly by the nutrition guide.

    I did the first month. I know my fitness level definitely improved in that month (via results of the Fit Test) but I just lost interest and wanted to start running instead. I remember feeling like the "warm up" was more than any complete workout I've ever done before haha.

    It's a good indoor workout for me! I like that I can do it whenever. Just hard to always stay dedicated! It seems the rests are worth it though?!

    I supplement with it occasionally but dont like it as a program. It works the same muscles daily which can increase injury and its too much cardio. I prefer resistance programs as its more beneficial for muscle retention and maintenance of the metabolism.
