    I've never noticed any men with too much "bounce."

    However, there are a lot of women out there who could use additional support. Of course you cannot actually SAY anything, no matter how painful it is to watch.

    Why is that women seem to get offended if guys have anything going on down there (like tight shorts or not enough support) but women can get away with having things bounce all around and if you say anything your rude?
