New to MFP, actually new to this whole healthy lifestyle change.. Trying to eat clean, and get as much work out weekly as possible. Anybody have any tips for a newbie :D

    This sounds weird but brushing your teeth helps curb cravings. Ive been doing it for a year now and it really helps! Check out my profile and if you are interested add me as a friend.
