Hello Everyone- my name is Melissa and i am 57 years old. I have been dieting off and on my whole life, and currently weigh 239 (yikes, i just wrote that number!) pounds, which is 13 pounds away from my highest weight. So, now my brain is saying STOP! My problem is that it is hard to control my cravings- stuff like breads and cheeses, and have a sedentary lifestyle due to arthritis. I look forward to hearing from others using this app.

Hey Melissa. 212.6 here at 35 years old.
I too am weak for cheeses, breads, pastas and chocolates. I have a sedentary life with no reasonable explanation behind it because I have not health issues (thankfully).
Key is to stay focused on your goal. I have this awful picture of me sitting at my desk where I look like a troll and since I don't want to look like that anymore. I keep the picture handy to remind myself that I really don't need the buttery breadsticks and extra cheese I'm being tempted with.0 -
Oh those are all my favourite foods! I've cut down on bread big time but I'm not getting rid of cheese. But pasta, yes that has gota go, also haven't had chocolate or icecream for a week and a half. Good luck0
