I eat beef jerky, chocolate, oyster crackers (always left over from our soups), coffee (yeah I know it's a drink), and quest bars for snacks at work.0

I eat apples at work. And lots and lots of water. I'll eat like six almonds and slam a water to take the edge off. Or yogurt. Or a cheese stick.0

The laughing cow spreadable cheeses that come in the wheels are only 35 calories and are delicious. I spread them on Kame seaweed rice crackers, which are 110 calories for 16 crackers. I also like popcorn, cut up veggies, pretzels with spicy mustard and hershey's kisses. I get way hungrier at my desk than I do running around on the weekends. I'm sure it's mostly mental so I try to drink plenty of water and tea.0
