Struggles/successes this week: I was afraid to weigh myself on Sunday because I was out of town with a friend and we were eating soooo much for 4 days. I had couple of days where I was up to 2000 OVER on my calories intake. I didn't think I'll lose any weight. When we returned yesterday I weighed myself and saw the change! WoW! Unreal! I'm so glad to see the weight loss and I hope to continue seeing this!

I am hopeless when it comes to self control and motivation. I get out of control and lose motivation and lose more control-it's a vicious cycle. This is something I desperately want so I need to get back on track.

Struggles/successes this week: I have had a very stressful 6 months with the passing of my mother, completing my second diploma, and the passing of our beloved dog. I have been eating to comfort myself. Two years ago I lost over 70 lbs, with only 17lbs to get to my goal, I have lost a lot of ground. This is a great way to gain momentum once again.Lets Go...

I dealt with it by journaling - In the process, I cheered myself up with all of the other ways I am seeing positive feedback/changes.0 -

This past week, I have more than met my step goals (something that - a few short weeks ago - I considered unapproachable), kept under my caloric goal, have registered additional exercise, and have been intentional about my intake, in terms of nutritional needs and balance.
I struggled, a bit, with the fact that the scale is not reflecting my efforts.
So, Success #2: Despite the above, I didn't flag: I went in to journal about it, and ended up jollying myself out of it in noting the other ways I can see progress.

Struggles/successes this week: I was expecting a gain or staying the same this week. It's that TOM for me and it's been a much tougher week. I've had a couple of social commitments that made it hard to track my eating. My success for the week is continuing to stay strong with my workouts.
