italian pork chops--- brown pork chops in pan using spray olive oil pam (or if u dont have that regular oil is fine, just has calories/fat).
when both sides are browned, pour in a large can of spaghetti sauce, making sure that some goes under neith the chops. You can also add in some seasonings if you want, like garlic, italian seasoning, onion, pepper, etc. Simmer on low for about 30-45minutes, covered, stirring around every once in awhile and flipping chops once in between. (becareful no to have temp to high or else sauce will burn). Serve on a plate with a bit of extra sauce on top.

I generally just throw the sauce out minus the little extra i put on the chop once its on my plate, but if you wanted you could serve with some whole grain noodles and use the sauce. Id suggest once the chops are out of the pan to add in some tomato paste and additional seasonings, because its pretty thin for spaghetti sauce and the tastes is good but needs something more. I also like to serve with green beans and with some sauce on top of the beans for some really good flavor to them.

I oven baked them on 400 for about 25 - 30 mins. I trim off the fat and then spray the chops with a little pam (butter flavor). Then dust them with some seasoning to coat them. The mix I use (you can vary it to your taste) is fresh chopped garlic, parlsey, sage, I add about 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs( italian flavor), grated parmensian cheese, and only one table spoon brown sugar. I also add a little Tony's seassoning for spice, salt and pepper. The mix just coats the chops and doesn't really bread them - so you are saying calories. Just add a vegatable and salad and you have a healthy tasty meal!!!

marinate them in a mixture that's one part soy sauce and one part hot sauce. put them into a medium heat skillet. mix one part honey into the leftover marinade and stir well. when you flip the pork chops add just enough water to the bottom of the pan to coat it, then pour the honey-marinade mixture over the pork chops. cover, but use a spoon to baste the pork chops with the sauce that forms in the pan every few mins until they're done. its the most delicious and simple glaze ever!

Line a tight fitting baking dish with apple slices. Spread a little soy sauce on the chops, place on top of apples. Season to taste. Cover with apple slices, then cover with a lid or foil. Bake on medium heat for around 40-50mins or until chops are cooked. Super easy!

Do you like spicy food? I'm Jamaican so I usually add a pre-made paste or sauce to my pork chops. It works well whether you want to bake them in the oven or grill them.

First, I lightly season them with onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and a little seasoning salt. Then I add a little soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce before adding some sliced onion. The last step is adding a teaspoon (or two) of the pre-made sauce (Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning). A little goes a long way and there are only 5 calories per serving, (2 teaspoons). Let the pork chops marinate for an hour or two before cooking. My sister makes a pineapple and sweet onion chutney that I usually serve this with and whole green beans (fresh or canned).

If you're pressed for time or don't want the added spice, then the simple seasonings (everything up to the onion) will taste just as great.
