Good Morning Buddies:happy:
Today im dong a circuit workout(do one a week) to shake things up a bit! I went over a few hundred cals last night, not too happy with that but im working on it all
im tired of beating myself up over little slip ups.
I read yesterdays thread and wanted to comment on all the great holiday traditions! I loved the Candle lighting tradition and the coupon one....so cute!
we put the tree up thanksgiving night and just spend the day together.
everybody have a great day.

Morning All!!
Yea I too ate over and it was not something good for me either. The temptation is killing me. Sometimes I can say no and others I cant. Im just hoping I can maintain until after the holidays.
Simple goals for me today (or should be): water, water, water and eat only my daily intake.
Have a great day everyone!!!!!!0 -
Morning ladies! I guess yesterday was just full of the Monday Blues! I didn't get up for my work out - stayed up too late the night before, and went over my calories. Today's a new day though, ladies! I got up and did 30 minutes on the elliptical at 5 am. I am going to try to make sure I log everything I eat today too, which has been a struggle for me. If only I had one of those internet phones and could take MFP with me, that would be so much easier!
I also started a great book last night called Body Intelligence (I think) that I have only made it through a couple chapters in, but it is a really smart read.0 -
Well, yesterday wasn't great for me. I had to go to a meeting about 2 1/2 hours away (I had to leave at 6:30 in the morning), so I didn't get in a pre-work workout and I didn't get back until 8:30, so I didn't get to exercise. However, I did really good with eating. So, I'm proud of myself there. At lunch everyone was getting calzones and things like that and I got a......grilled chicken salad. I was so proud that I resisted the temptation. Goals for today are LOTS of water and to exercise tonight!0

2.I love the Thanksgiving candle lighting tradition. So beautiful. Thanks for sharring.
3.I have been off track the last few days going over my cal's. :frown: But I'm back on track today. I've added up my calories, entered them in for breakfast, lunch and my snacks. NOt sure yet what is for dinner, but since I'm running today, I have plenty of calories not to worry.0 -

I was so sick last night. Argh. The last two days I've aten over my calorie limit. I do fine until the end of the day when I stumble home from work and then I find myself unable to resist having a 'quick snack'. Which turns into at least 400 calories over. Which is so weird because the week before I could barely eat the min required calories.
I did not work out today. Yesterday's workout was all right but afterwards I felt so desperately tired and sick I decided, finally, to cave in and take a day off. Why did I have to get sick just as I'm starting this new lifestyle thing????
Oh well.
My goal today is to stay within calorie range, and no late night snacking. It shouldn't be too hard since I have only an eight hour shift and shouldn't be as stressed out when I get home.
HAVE A GREAT DAY LADIES!
It's a new day.0 -
Great Pics! Looks like a lot of fun and wonderful Christmas Spirit!
Keep up the work for your goals today. I've had three glasses of water so far, so I'm doing better than yesterday with that already!0
