I lost 12 lbs last year, have put back 5 lbs, and I would like to lose at least 10 lbs more to be within my projected "healthy" BMI. I workED out 5 days a week (45 min. elliptical, 1000 jumps with rope, alternated arms and legs training with weights and an aerobics class on the weekends). I limited my carbs and sweets and added protein and veggies. I expected to lose more weight doing all of this and when I hit a plateau in September, I just stopped working out and eating sensibly. I am going to try this again, but I definitely need recipe tips and encouragement along the way.
Thank you!
Thank you!
