An eclectic mix from S Club 7 to Iron Maiden! 'It's Like That' by Jason Nevins feat. Run DMC is great for hills!

Mostly crazy speed, heavy metal music. It has to be fast, furious, and loud

As of late, a lot of Nujabes, Concha Buika, flamenco music and Gorillaz... So pretty eclectic. As long as it has a good beat I don't care if the song itself is sorta mellow.

I can normally only run maybe 3mi. Then I just randomly tried listening to this Stephen King bing on the Audible app and I ran 11mi averaging 11min/per. Yesterday I tried music, and got bored at mile 2 lol then turned on another book & ran 7mi. Sooooo yall can try to switch it up. Idk. Worked for me.

I love working out to that song! My playlist is pretty embarrassing. Blank Space/Shake it Off is the best for pumping me up haha
