How long should I walk on the treadmill? Im a women , 5.7 and 192 pds

  I did an hour yesterday but I broke it up to two 30 minute workouts

  I agree with Dean. 45 min to an hour twice a day may be OK for me but not for you. You have to listen to and trust your own body. It'll tell you
