Like so many of you I am overweight. I am learning to count calories with the help of myfitness pal and have gotten a fitbit. I have tried to wear other devices to track my steps however, my busiest days at work and my tracker is on my purse. Hopefully this will help.
I am working with the local Comprehensive Weight Loss Clinic to get my weight under control. I am not sure where that will lead, surgery or just keep working on intake. I get bored quickly so I need to figure out how to overcome this. I am not an exercise person so I will continue to work on this as well. I am 54, 5'6" and 251 pounds.
I wish everyone good luck on this journey that we are taking together.

Keep working on intake first. I'm so not an exercise person. BUT, the outcome will be awesome. Start off just walking.0
