I now understand healthy living because of MFP

After playing around with MFP and changing diet after diet for over 2 years I have learned a lot about healthy and nutritious eating. After hours of research I have figured out a way to get all of my vitamins, nutrients, proteins and carbs at only 1700 calories per day. I can now go on vacation, gain 8 pounds, go home and lose it in 2 weeks with little exercise. The first step to making it work is to research and understand nutritional values, what they mean and how much to consume. Once you understand you will be able to create your own heathy eating lifestyle.
This is what I get for 1700 calories.

  • Also eating the foods with the most nutritional bunch for your caloric budget. My greatest issue is getting all my calories in for the day. I feel very full all the time..
