Finding activities to distract you, talk therapy, developing a life plan. I suggest if you have not already, seeing your primary care provider and getting a referral to see a psychiatrist for depression and anxiety (the root of eating disorders). Please feel free to add me as a friend.0

I needed to work with a therapist to address compulsive exercising. I found that CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy helped me challenge and change the thought patterns that kept me trapped in that cycle.
I also had to trust others that even during the times when I did not want to get better or thought it was too hard or started to panic, SOME DAY I would want it again and it would be worth it. That was hard.0
