I would recommend speaking to your doctor first, they should be able to recommend a nutritionist or even provide you with the appropriate number of daily calories to ingest and healthy menu planning. Your doctor will also be able to tell you if you may start exercising even walking will build muscle mass = strength training is fantastic, if your doctor gives you the go ahead they may also have a trainer they can recommend so you learn proper technique and safety. If you are a student there may be free programs with your school.
