Too much? Why are you drinking enough water to get sick?

No, I haven't felt sick. But if I drink a large amount very quickly, I feel very full.

I drink at least a gallon a day during the work week & I do great. If its tap there may be hard water or sulfur. If its bottles, switch to distilled or spring water.

I don't measure mine. I just drink more if I'm thirsty or if my urine is getting too dark.

I have a large 24 oz. cup that I keep ice water in. I just sip on it during the day. Some days I fill it up 3 times, somedays just once. Keep some around and sip on it vs. trying to guzzle it all at one go. It's easier that way.
