The Martha Beck books are pretty great, partic The Beck Diet Solution: Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person. You didn't ask about websites, but I am really liking halfsizeme.com and tipsofthescale.com. They both have podcasts of success stories which are very motivating.

Joe Manganiello's Evolution. It's not any advice you can't find elsewhere, but it's presented well. (And who does't want to look like Joe Manganiello?)
