A Connected Fitness Experience

I'm a big believer in using tech to enhance my fitness journey. I've been charting food, workouts, weight, and calories for about a year now. What's nice is that I can go back and see what combination of nutrition and fitness activities produced results for my body. It's been super valuable.

Here's my setup:
1. I chart all my physical activities with Runtastic Pro for iPhone. I wear it on my wrist using a super grip wrist band. I get good calorie estimates this way.
2. I chart all of my weight stats using the Withings Smart Body Analyzer. I stand on it every morning and it sends my weight and BMI estimates straight to MFP.
3. Finally, I chart all my food intake using MFP.

While I know these apps/devices aren't 100%, they're pretty damn close. Knowing what works and doesn't work for me is unbelievably valuable.
