Anyone w/ me? 30 Day Challenge! Starting Feb 14, Ending March 15. Bike/Jog/Walk/Elliptical 125 miles.
I'm new to Fitness pal but not new to exercising. Just quite a ways away from where my fitness level used to be a few years ago. Here's a challenge to get started in making cardio fitness progress! Would love to have some company! Let's start making fitness a habit!

I hope everyone is doing well and on track to meet the 125 mile goal. I have 57 miles so far. We are almost half way done. I have been getting a lot of my miles snowshoeing. All the trails here have 2-4 feet of snow on them. I want to thank Lilydoc22 for this challenge. I don't think I would be outside exercising when the temps are below freezing if I wasn't challenged to do so. Its easier to meet my calorie goal with all this exercising and I feel fantastic.

All this exercise has helped me out. I lost 2.4 lbs this week! I love the idea of a ticker to keep track. Thanks profoster21!

I was wondering the same thing, Run Timer. You seem to be the only one posting your progress on here. I have been updating my ticker each day and it has been updating on this page automatically. I just reached the goal today and went a little over. I am so glad I joined the challenge, it got me moving again. I hope I can keep this up; I feel so much better when I exercise.0

Today is the end of the challenge. I joined another challenge to walk 150 miles in the month of March, so I kicked it up a notch once March came. I walked a total of 140 miles during this challenge. I hope a few more people post that they reached their goal or came close. If you didn't reach the goal but got into the habit of exercising or made another healthy change, please share. I would love to hear from you! Run Timer, thank you for posting your progress, it was fun to see you moving along this past month. I hope you reached the goal. I like how you walked/ran EVERY DAY, nice job!0
