Hi my name is Denise, this is my second time on my fitness pal. This time I'm more determined than ever to lose the weight. I am so not happy with looking in the mirror anymore. So let's motivate and help each other reach our goal.

    Welcome. Been here for awhile on my own but looking for people to keep motivated. I'm kinda stuck and waffling a little with weight up and down. I'm impatient and want results faster. Hope you're off to a good start!
