HELP!!

I have been really good and getting no results. I have been counting my calories and working out. I have been to the gym at least 4 times a week since Jan 1 and watching my calories since December 26th. I am not moving. At the gym I am taking classes and working with a trainer. Arrrgggg!!! I just want to see something to help me want to continue.
