Handful of spinach, about 5 green grapes, 1 kiwi, 1/2 avocado, a few pineapple chunks, 1 clementine, big spoonful of yogurt, 1/4 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, almond milk, and coconut water. .... I just started throwing stuff together recently and some turn out ok and some are good. This one I made today and I thought it was really good! It gave me energy but I feel a little light headed. I think it needs more protein. Anyone have any good protein ideas to add?

Powdered ones are ok ... Also tofu can add a creamy & fullness to your smothie.
They come in flavors now. Or plain so that you can add to ur veggie smothie.

    Costco kale/spinach mix (organic, frozen)
    handful of berries
    pumpkin
    ginger
    turmeric
    soy milk
    hemp hearts
    flax seeds
    chia seeds

Or, in place of pumpkin: half an avocado nice and creamy. Tofu is awesome too.

I actually just started using heb's blendables (in frozen sec) add water or l/f milk or almond milk..good to go! One bag makes 2 servings and they aren't expensive at all! Green fuel is a pretty good one. Only thing is they dont have much protein so I add my own. 1 1/2 scoop of brown rice protien powder

    My breakfast Monday - Friday:

1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
    ~1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup low fat plain cottage cheese (once it's blended up, it makes the smoothie super creamy and YUM)
    1 tsp flaxseed oil
    1/2 frozen banana
    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
sometimes I'll throw in a handful of baby spinach if I have it
