Hey, i am a mother of two young boys and a wife to a husband whom has his own business so his hours are crazy though very supportive i am usually trying to workout on my own. I have always struggled with my weight, i was a competitive swimmer for 11yrs and was in good shape until i went to college and then weight just piled on. I too am the type to need someone there pushing me and this app does help. My schedule is crazy right now with my boys in school and i am in the middle of the nursing program so I figured i would try and rally some people that would like to wake up early to get a workout in before the family day is started. I have tried by myself a few times but i end up going back to bed. I am 5'4 173lbs and would love to get back down to 145-150!

My challenge for myself and anyone who would like to join is to do the 7am workout atleast 3-4 days a week starting tomorrow for 30days. I want to look better and feel better for my 32nd bday march 20th!!!

*** I accept the Challenge ***

Hey Lady! I understand the early morning and recently started doing 5-530's myself. It's been almost 3 weeks. My son had water polo practice at 5:30 so I usually take him.

Sending Friend request so you can see my posts/trials.

I wake up at 6AM every morning to do my 20-30min workout...it is the only time that I can force myself to move...learning to love it.

I get up at 6 am and do 6 - 20 miles 5 - 6 days a week. It's the best time of day to do you r workout.

Great job making the commitment! I am a morning workout person. I leave for work around 7:15am, so I am up at 4:15am (3:30am if I need to turn the heater on in the garage, but then it's back to bed until 4:15am) to be starting on my workout by 4:50am. I have to have coffee first, or else I wouldn't have to get up so early. It is so good to have it done before my day starts. It really changes my perspective on the day to be accomplished so early in the morning.

I do the exact same routine except I go to the Gym at 445am Love the way just as you said puts day in perception! I call it recess after that you are prepared. For class (real life ) with spouse's. Kids exc..this is the best time plus no excuses. That is your number one move out of bed you will feel better more focused. And strong for what ever the day brings you!!!
