Every day is a fresh start. A new beginning as you continue onward towards your ultimate goal. I may have met all my goals or failed in all of them yesterday, but either way, today is a fresh day. So onward and forward !

This was a rough weekend (because of too many goodies for Valentine's). But like the title says, new day, fresh start!

Well I am 4 days away from a 30-day weigh in. I decided to wait 30 days after my initial weigh-in.
It is stressful for me when I would weigh myself daily. I had to remove the scale from the bathroom to make sure I would stay away from it.

Those of you out there, do you get motivation from daily weigh-ins or from waiting a longer period of time?

Definitely spreading the weigh-in's out is more motivating for me. When you see a bigger drop it has a larger impact then say .2 on the scale every day.

Yes, I totally get that. Once, long ago, I used to be part of a marathon group and the daily weighing I did was not very motivating.

Tomorrow's my 30th day. Haven't weighed in since my initial uploading of this app. I am kinda nervous. I have kept fairly well on the calorie monitoring with this app. This has also motivated me to keep track and increase my physical activity.

Can't wait for morning to weigh in!

    Wish me luck!

This is exactly true!! I had been doing VERY good on my diet since the beginning of this month until last night. I had a frustrating day at work, we have had the largest snow here since as long as I can remember, and I just wanted a day off from eating good for some comfort food.

Paid for it this morning. My stomach didn't care for the excess grease from the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy I had from our local chicken place.

    Lesson learned!

Today is day 1 of my next 30 days. I am going to attempt to not weigh in for 30 days and hope to match my successful weight loss from the first 30 days.

Already went for a walk-jog today.

Now I just to figure out a weight lifting plan and put the weights I have in the garage to use.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Oh,, time for the pic (once every 30 days).

Ugh,, bad night ( great day but a bad night for calories lol).

Too much eating and drunking at my brother's 80's themed birthdat party.

Good thing today is a new day and a fresh start!

Keep up the good work everyone!

So it has been a couple days since my first weigh-in and I feel like I am still going strong!

How is everyone out there staying motivated?

Finally got my second picture taken (that weight loss selfie) although I dont yet see a difference.

    Keep up the good work!
