Whey protein vs. soy protein? What are the differences? All I know is that whey is milk based, while soy is vegetable based.

They're both good proteins. I've seen some protein comparisons that compared different animal and vegetable proteins in all types of different categories like rate of absorption and bioavailability. Whey and soy came out on top. Soy is often GMO though which is not really a good thing. Go for non-GMO soy if you get a soy powder. I use an extended release that has whey, egg and soy. I don't worry much about the soy since it's not the main protein and I got a really good deal for the amount I got.

GMO foods are fine. I eat mostly whey because I prefer it.

I'm soy intolerant. Does not sit well on my stomach.

Why do you keep making so many threads about the same thing?

Dude, if you're not going to say anything productive, please don't say anything.

And asking what the difference is between soy and whey is different from asking what the difference is between all natural whey and normal whey.

I have been taking the advice. And same goes for you: you can't censor what people post, so stop questioning why I am posting. If you really want to know, I'm just curious, OK?

Whey is better than soy, but blends are better than whey alone. Trutein is where it's at for me.
