Does anyone know your weight when you look great in clothes? Losing inches is fantastic. Run with it.

Why are you fixated on the scale? Isn't getting smaller what you're looking to do anyway?

We need more information: age, height, weight, goal weight, how long it's been since you lost, how you measure your food and exercise calories, how much of the exercise calories you eat back...

Enjoy it while you got it. Last time this happened to me I dropped 3-4 clothing sizes and 30 pounds in 3 months through 2-3 week plateaus and then the weight would drop all in a week and then the cycle would repeat. No changes in diet, either. As long as something is shifting (body mass or body fat), I wouldn't be worried too much about it.
  • Inches are more important than pounds (or cms than kgs in my case). Aim for progress, not perfection. Do you feel better? Do you look better? Than why does it matter?
  • Thanks guys for your support! Yes I do feel great now that Im getting my shape back again
