I have a banana peanut butter smoothie with a sprinkle of flaxseed meal almost everyday .. It is around 300 cals ..
I make it with unsweetened almond milk and the no added salt and sugar peanut butter.. It fills me up and so yummy☺️0 -

I make one with almond milk, a banana, a tablespoon (or two) of natural peanut butter, and chocolate VegaOne protein powder. It makes me so happy, and it is much (MUCH) lower on calories than the real thing.0
