2 hand fulls of spinach, a banana, frozen strawberries 4, 1 cup orange juice (non from concentrate) 2 cups almond milk unsweetened, 2 teaspoons of honey. --- Optional 1 spoonful of peanut butter and some oatmeal (not instant)0
-
1/2 cup pumpkin, 1 banana, 1 cup almond milk with some cinnamon and ice//I add yogurt sometime for more protein.0

Handful of spinach, about 5 green grapes, 1 kiwi, 1/2 avocado, a few pineapple chunks, 1 clementine, big spoonful of yogurt, 1/4 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, almond milk, and coconut water. .... I just started throwing stuff together recently and some turn out ok and some are good. This one I made today and I thought it was really good! It gave me energy but I feel a little light headed. I think it needs more protein. Anyone have any good protein ideas to add?0

Powdered ones are ok ... Also tofu can add a creamy & fullness to your smothie.
They come in flavors now. Or plain so that you can add to ur veggie smothie.0 -
Costco kale/spinach mix (organic, frozen)
handful of berries
pumpkin
ginger
turmeric
soy milk
hemp hearts
flax seeds
chia seeds
Or, in place of pumpkin: half an avocado nice and creamy. Tofu is awesome too.0 -
1/4 cup water (or coconut water), handful of spinach, 1/2 advocado, 1.5 handfuls of frozen blueberries, 1/4-1/2 mango, handful frozen strawberries, carrot juice, 1/2 banana ... 1 small teaspoon of sweetner (1 scoop vanilla protein powder of working out).... I actually just started using heb's blendables (in frozen sec) add water or l/f milk or almond milk..good to go! One bag makes 2 servings and they aren't expensive at all! Green fuel is a pretty good one. Only thing is they dont have much protein so I add my own. 1 1/2 scoop of brown rice protien powder0

My favorite daily smoothie is a huge handful of spinach, half cup plain Greek yogurt, half a banana, half cup of frozen mango, peaches, strawberries and papaya with a cup of almond milk and a half cup of simply orange. Comes out delicious and nutrient packed! About 200 calories for a natural boost!0

Here’s one tasty green smoothie filled with fresh fruits and veggies. Warning! … This packs a very healthy punch!
Combine and blend together the following: 1cup each of spinach and kale + frozen broccoli florets 4-5 pcs. +1 cored and chopped apple + 1 sliced and frozen banana + ½ cup orange juice + ¼ cup carrot juice = yum-yum!
+
Remember, always use fresh organic fruits and veggies you can buy from your local farmers’ market.
