Hey I'm Carey, I'm 23 and currently a full time student and part time butcher. I've always been athletic and able to stay in shape but in the last 2 years I've broken my ankle twice. Due to the amount of time on crutches I've put on around 30 pounds. I'm hoping to lose it, run a 10k and compete in a 20 mile cycling race this year. Hoping to find some other people who are fitness oriented. I have no one to really hold me accountable, nor do I know anything about proper nutrition. Now that I'm back at full strength I want to get down to the weight I was before my injuries.
