30 Day Shred

I have started the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels but I'm not sure how to log it into my exercise. It asks for calories burned and I don't know. It has cardio, strength, and abs. Any help would be appreciated.

    When I did her programs, before I got an HRM, I recorded it as Circuit Training.

    is how I've always recorded them :smile:

    The Biggest Winner Series(all) = aerobics @ high intensity
    30 Day Shred = circuit training
    No More Trouble Zones = circuit training
    Banish Fat Boost Metabolism = aerobics @ high intensity
    TBL Power Sculpt = circuit training
    TBL Last Chance Workout = circuit training
    Yoga Meltdown = circuit training
    Shred-It = circuit training (use a kettlebell or dumbbell)
    6 Week 6 Pack = strength (so you can track each exercise in the workout)
    Ripped in 30 = circuit training

    i am going to start the 30 days shred tmrw ... you can simply record it under circuit training babes :smile:
