I didnt even realize it.

I went otu hunting and hiked to the very spot that I decided to change my life on. I looked at my dad and said I have never been here. He said yes you have. I said I was. He told me it was a few years back and reminded me of the whats and hows. It hit me and I said this was when I was too fat to make it up the hill. and he said yes you took forever. I was walking down it. I actually walked up a way more difficult part of it. I wanted to take a picture of it to save that moment. as small as it sounded to someone else It was literally a mountain that I conquered physically and mentally. It seemed so empowering that two years ago I was not even able to slowly walk up this hill and my 30 years my senior father who has a heart condition kicked my hiney up that hill. I think that if I could RUN up that hill with wild abandon. I am just so happy to realize how far I made it.
