Snacking

Hi I have a real bad thing for snacking at night is there any advice on what to do for snacks instead of chocolate :)x

    Fruit?
    Apples + Peanut Butter is great.
    Veggies + Hummus.

    I love mini baby bel cheese and almonds.

    Unsalted, unbuttered popcorn.

    Fruit is better than chocolate but veggies would be better - they have almost no calories.

    My trick to avoid snacking is to chug water.

    Have the chocolate if it's in your calorie limit.

    A calorie is a calorie, be it from chocolate or apples.

    Sliced turkey/ham
    Yogurt
    Fruit/veggies + dip (honey, tzatziki, ketchup, peanut butter hummus, you name it)
    Boiled eggs
    Crisps/popcorn/pretzels/dried fruit
    Protein bar
    Olives
    Cheese
    Crackers/rice cakes

    Celery
    Baby carrots
    Or a small piece of chocolate just to satisfy your craving!
